If a GIFTSNGIVE.Com or Lots Pte Ltd user (including VIP members) violates this agreement or relevant clauses of Terms of Service, or his/her behaviors are considered as violation of this agreement or relevant clauses of Terms of Service by GIFTSNGIVE.Com or Lots Pte Ltd, or is engaged in any of the behaviors including but not limited to:

(1) publishing, transmitting, disseminating advertising messages, defraud messages, consumption-inducing messages and spam messages;

(2) involved in illegal behaviors including sex trade, adult advertising, etc.;

(3) using a fake account or registering an alternative account;

(4) transmitting fictitious facts or concealing the truth to mislead or deceive others;

(5) publishing, transmitting, disseminating and storing content infringing the legal rights of other people’s reputation rights, portrait rights, intellectual property rights and trade secrets; (6) publishing, transmitting, disseminating and storing content in violation of state laws, endangering national security and unity, social stability, public order and social morality, and content of insults, defamation, obscenity and violence;

(7) being engaged in other acts that violate laws, regulations, policies, public order and social morality Tantan reserves the right to stop providing services and all the VIP members’ exclusive features to the user, and even to ban the user’s account and the right to use GIFTSNGIVE.Com or Lots Pte Ltd at any time without notice once GIFTSNGIVE.Com or Lots Pte Ltd discovers such behaviors.
